Facilities / HR Assistant

Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a Showroom Manager to join their client, a well renowned dealership within the area.

 

Facilities / HR Responsibilities.

 Health and Safety for the business to ensure we are compliant, to include risk assessments as required.
Ensure that staff complete all necessary H&S training and follow up when needed. (In house training system)
Ensure all relevant staff have completed FCA/SAF tests and follow up when needed (Automotive Compliance)
Ensure that we have sufficient first aiders, fire wardens and advise when qualification requires renewal and arrange training.
Monthly testing of the fire alarm and fire drills.
Group insurance claims and monitoring these from start to payout.
Preparing the insurance renewals for discussion with CEO
Arrange testing of all required equipment, maintaining all documentary evidence and files to comply with regulations.
Maintenance of the buildings liaising with contractors.
Facilitating the HR function for starters and leavers, sickness and disciplinary matters liaising with our HR providers Peninsula.
MOT Audit Checks to be carried out alongside the Service manager/AEDM.
